Greenwoods’ story begins in 1988, when Australians Gabrielle Mary Wheeler and Janet Isabel Pratt established the original location on Amsterdam’s Singel canal. In 2010, Dutchman Daniel Post took over and breathed new life into the business, expanding to the Keizersgracht location in 2012.
