The building is 100% electric with no gas connection, and Conscious Hotels CEO Marco Lemmers said in 2022 that most of its energy comes from the brand’s own windmill. From Schiphol, take the train to Amsterdam Centraal. Trains leave about every 10 minutes during the day and take 15 to 20 minutes. From Centraal, the hotel suggests two bus routes:
- Bus 22 toward Station Sloterdijk: get off at Van der Nassauplein after 4 stops, then walk 550 m.
- Bus 18 toward Slotervaart: get off at Haarlemmerplein after 3 stops, then walk 750 m (about 10 minutes).
Tram 5 stops at Van Limburg Stirumstraat, about 300 m from the hotel. You can tap in on board with a bank card, since trams and buses do not take cash.
